We work to keep specifications, images and availability on this site accurate and current. Specifications may change as products are improved; the datasheet issued with a quotation is authoritative for that transaction. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid until the date stated on them and are subject to stock availability. Accepting a quotation online expresses your intent to proceed; a binding order arises when we confirm it in writing. Pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules are as stated on the quotation or confirmed by our team.
Delivery and shipping
Transit times shown on this site are indicative and depend on carriers, consolidation and customs. Risk and title transfer according to the incoterms stated on your quotation.
Warranties
Products carry the warranties stated in their datasheets — including a 25-year performance warranty on N-Type bifacial panels and the standard manufacturer warranties on inverters and storage. Warranty terms shipped with the product are authoritative.
Tools and calculators
The system simulator and savings calculator on this site provide indicative estimates only. Final system sizing is confirmed by our engineers before purchase; actual savings depend on site conditions, usage and fuel prices.
Intellectual property
The Sole Verde name, wordmark, product imagery and content on this site belong to Sole Verde Trading LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
